20th May 2019

This week in English we have continued to look at instruction writing. We all planted some seeds and thought about different conjunctions, adverbs and adjectives we could include to make our writing more exciting. The children will be writing their final instructions on how to plant seeds and make it thrive this week.

In maths we have been continuing to think about time and 5 minute intervals. Here is a fun video to watch… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jGtBYUQKF4M

In maths we have been completing lots of word problems and recapping lots of the things we have already learnt. Can you solve this problem?

Millie has 100 stickers. She gives 10 to her brother and 15 to her friend. How many has she got left?

Don’t forget to write it in into the Home Learning book and bring it in to show us!

This weeks words are…
